I'm trying to use Quicktime Player to record my Pro Tools session screen and audio
kind of like doing a tutorial video where I can record what my speakers are playing from my Pro Tools session while also recording my voice through a microphone. I've spent hours looking up info about how to use Soundflower to get this to work, but the only way I have been able to do it is by having to continually change my output device in System Preferences back and forth when I record and then listen to the recording.
I have an iMac using OSX 10.7.5, Pro Tools 10.3.7, and my audio interface is an MBox Pro.
I simply want to be able to record exactly what my system is playing (my screen and all audio playing through my system) all at once, without having to change output settings back and forth.
Can someone please help me determine how to do this? What am I missing?
Thanks!
