Same unique identifier - bug AND workflow improvement

If you click "Use original file" it crashes every time - BUG

Could you give us a log of the files in question so we can fix the problem? - WORKFLOW

I'm putting this post in the "Post - Surround - Video" section because I'm guessing it's mostly related to field recorder and/or AAF material.
