So having purchased the subscriptions for annual support plan and Protools 12, there was an issue with my payment, so I logged on found my account on hold (fair enough) , but no retry payment button nor any way to request a rety. SOOOO I logged a ticket , then called replied several times to the email update account still on hold and NOW cant log in to Protools. Good job this isn't mission critical eh!!
Oh for the days when I could call tech support and actually get to a techie :(
