I thought the deadline to upgrade from plain PT9 to PT12 was 12/31/15. However, in this 4/3/15 updated Software Upgrades FAQ I couldn't find that info. http://ift.tt/1EWb3km
The 3rd Q in this 3/13/15 updated PTA Licensing FAQ below states 12/31/15 upgrade window deadline, but does not explicitly include PT9 eligibility. (The previous FAQ link excluded 8LE.)
