Apogee Maestro blinking when S3 is on

After I installed S3/EuControl, the software "Apogee Maestro 2" for my "Apogee Ensemble Thunderbolt" goes blinking/hanging.
I guess it's a problem between EuControl and Maestro.

Any idea?
