Pro Tools 11 Online Record - Recordings do not show up in tracks or clip list

I have been using Pro Tools 10.3.7 for a few years. Today I just installed Pro Tools 11.2.2 (without uninstalling Pro Tools 10.3.7). The Pro Tools 11.2.2 software sucessfully loaded, and I restarted the computer (HP Z400). I did a test recording (not online record) and it recorded fine and showed up in the track and the clip list. However, when I go into online record, the recording does not show up in the track or the clip list. It does get recorded, and the audio file does show up in the Audio Files folder. But the recordings do not show up in the session. :confused:
