Problem After activating (Ilok)

Hi all. I have a problem with Pro Tools express 10. I have bought this, and i activated this, but the problem is that the license doesn't appear in my ilok account because it was not linked to my account. So i can't activate again because it say that the code was already used, and now, with ilok account linked, my license doesn't link to my dongle. What can i do ? THanks!
