Strange Partially Missing Bar

(Windows 7/64; PT 11.3)

I am working on a composition. It happens to be in an odd meter but that probably doesn't matter. I am doing it in 7/4. When I get to a certain bar, say bar 52, it gives me two beats in that bar and moves to bar 53. I checked the meter on bar 52 and it gives me 7/4. Any idea what I could have done to only get 2 beats in 52 or how I can fix it?
