Can't find ProTools 12 upgrade in my account

Hi,

I had purchased ProTools 10 academic student crossgrade (download) on Dec/2012 and I successfully upgraded to ProTools 11 but for the ProTools 12 I don't see any free upgrade in my account.
I can't find my System ID of ProTools 11 as well.
I also purchased Sibelius 7 Academic Student (Download) at the same time and I've just tried with the Sibelius System ID but it was invalid.

Can you find out my System IDs for both?
And let me know how to upgrade to ProTools 12?

I've already checked my email address on this web and my avid account as well.
