Crossgrade: M-powered to pt12

Hi guys,

Is the crossgrade from M-Powered to PT 12 still open? I saw it on the Avid site, listed at $199 :-). However, when I asked about it from Sweetwater, one of the guys said it had been discontinued. :confused:

Can anyone here give me some clarification on this?
