error message loading fast track solo

I just purchased a Fast Track Solo and downloaded the software as instructed but once the install began I got the following error message.
Error 1308.source file not found
Avid\ProTools\...\TL_DrumRehab.95.28.4jpeg.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

What in the world is this??? Has any one else had this happen?
How do you correct it??
Or did I get a faulty unit
