ilok help... PLEASE!!!!

I have a license for protools express on an ilock that got broken in half.... yea. I have another ilok but i cant transfer the file to the new ilok using the ilok manger.... it wants me to deactivate the license from the old ilok before i can place it on the new one.... ITS BROKEN!!!! Any advice????
