iLok install license issues

MBA 2013. 10.9.5
PT 10
Installed new version of iManager.
Couldn't get assets to transfer.
Uninstalled/ re-installed, restarted, repaired permissions blah, blah, blah..

Long story short. iLok installer/uninstaller doesn't remove older versions of
~/Library/App Support/PACE.

PACE continues to amaze me every time.
