Here's the deal, I'm mixing a live album for a very important client of mineand it is not only pouring rain, it feels like the world is ending. It needs to be finished ASAP and my ProTools world is crumbling around me. I have been troubleshooting for hours and hours....this is what brought me to meltdown...
I did a fresh OS install on every computer (Mac, PC, anything In my house), booted and went straight into installing Pro Tools, nothing else. I load the session and hit play. Pro Tools crashes within 30 seconds. Doesn't matter what OS. I try to look at the log file and it's equal to hieroglyphics to me.
Anyone have any tips before I absolutely lose it?? I'm already talking to myself aggressively. I have to step out of the house...maybe Ice cream will help.
The only thing I can think is I have a corrupt hard drive all of a sudden.
I need ice cream...I hope for my own sake that someone has expieirianced this before...
Oh yeah, Pro Tools 11 or 12. Happens on both.
