matching 2 stems with slightly different bpm

is there a way to match a bpm of a drum performance to another?
for eg, i have a stereo stem of a drum track and a mp3 of exactly the same drum track.
the mp3 is slightly slower for a few reasons. the problem is i tracked to the mp3 drums and now that i have the real drum files i need to sync the new drums to the rest of the sessions music.
is there a way using beat detective or something that i can get these 2 stems to match in timing terms.?
