EOL ?" .. now it looks like we may be getting close to EOL for PT 11 .. as Avid just added HD features to PT 12 in the 12.1 update .. i have said that i will buy PT 12 when they roll out One New Feature .. now this is a strange turn .. as the HD features (AFL, Input Monitoring) are not New Features .. but New to Vanilla ..
this looks like an effort from Avid to quell some bitching and also to help figure out what to do with the HD software owners .. this as i think Drew said in another thread - closer to Parity ..
this is good but also disappointing that they have pretty much abandoned PT 11 .. i understand moving forward but this truly is a way to get pour money .. yes, i will upgrade but this is juts another reason to wait for a REAL NEW FEATURE ..
