Pro Tools 11 has been crashing every time it's open. This has happened several times.
Generally, during playback the marker in PT comes to the end of an audio file or section, and PT typically crashes a second or so before the end. This has happened multiple times on various PT files, at differing places in the projects. One project I bounced to disk— PT shut down right as the bounce completed (strangely, the file appeared to bounce out successfully).
The problem seems to fall right at the end of playback somewhere. With this problem, it's obviously not really possible to edit projects.
This problem began when I attempted to ESC during a bounce, a few seconds before the bounce completed— when I did this PT crashed.
How do I address this? I appreciate any input.
