PT12 upgrade & PT11 issues

I run PT11 on my Macbook Pro 10.9.5.
This license has Avid Support until June 28th (tomorrow!). However the quality of that support is questionable (waiting 4 days for an answer!).

I have 3 quick questions for the community:

Q1. How do I continue getting support post June 28th (1 year after my latest purchase which came with one year Avid support)? On the Avid website I need a system ID to get an extension year of support. PT 11 didn't have a system ID issue on standard purchase. The only way I can see to continue support is to buy a PT12 upgrade for $199 (comes with support) but not install it (as I still require PT11 mid project, not taking risks). This direction is less than ideal.

Q2. Key question: Can I upgrade to PT12 at anytime after June 28th for $199 (i.e: so basically as long as I own a PT11 license I can upgrade to PT12 anytime for a discounted amount currently $199)?

Q3. PT12 comes with PT11/10?

General comment. Having been involved in production both directly and indirectly for over 15 years I'm certainly not the only one finding Avid's ownership of Pro Tools massively frustrating. PT12 seems to offer little over PT11 (bar promised online collaboration and a new start up screen), while you have to have PT10 to make long established plug in's work. Meanwhile Avid support, notification, guidance is time consuming to gain to say the least. There is a major disconnect between the loyal enthusiast/pro user's and that of the current Avid management direction on many topics. Feels like sales targets over customer service and product enhancement - this won't bring longevity to any business.
I'd like to see a dedicated buy out of the Pro Tools product by people that understand the product and its enthusiast and pro users far better. Avid can then go off and build its separate flashy graphic toy version for the mainstream amateur market with a new name.

Look forward to practical answers to my 3 questions that are time sensitive. Many thanks in advance for your assistance, massively appreciated. I'm half way through an album so a little anxious.
