Purchased LE to 12 Crossgrade but Avid won't accept my 003r serial

Hello PT users, I purchased the LE to 12 Crossgrade (From Musician's Friend) and while i'm good on the iLok side, Avid won't accept my 003r Serial number even though I've double & Triple checked it. It just says "On Hold" and refuses to accept my 003r Serial Number. Now I have no way to download the software and it's looking like I've been ripped off.

I bought the 003r with Pro Tools LE back at 6-30-2009 From Musician's Friend.
