Trouble with Fast Track and AT2020

I just picked an Audio Technica AT2020 microphone with the m-audio Fast Track Duo version (the one with the XLR and the 1/4 guitar jack that I wont be using). I live stream videogames and use the high quality mic for better audio. For some reason, the audio has been unbalanced; as in I can only hear it in my left ear of my headphones but not my right. This mono audio is a nuisance and I can't find any answers. Please help. Im using Windows 8.1 btw.
