WTB: G5 2.0 or 2.3 PCI -Xfor PT 8 HD - Los Angeles

Looking for a back up for my G5 2.0. PCI-X. I am in the Los Angeles area and looking to pick up locally. I am running PT HD 8.0 and need a dual 2.0 or 2.3. Prefer 8 gigs of RAM. Must be in great working condition.
