Nudging clips or notes in 3/4 time moves them 4 beats

Since PT10 you can't nudge clips or notes in 3/4 time (when nudge is set to bar). It nudges 4 beats.

This is pretty basic stuff for any DAW. Avid really need to up their midi game.
