I have been investigating upgrading my 003R PT10/11 to a PTHD license. It looks like currently I would have to purchase CPTK2 (which is getting hard to find!) for around $1700, and then pay the $599 to upgrade to HD.
I know that AVID won't allow the HD software to be sold without bundled hardware. I noticed that audio deluxe is selling a PT 10/11/12 HD bundle that doesn't include any hardware.
Am I missing something? Is purchasing just the software from Audio Deluxe a legit way to get PTHD without hardware?
