HDN a bit disapointed but wright config ?

Hi,
I recently switch my config from
Imac Intel i5 4 core 2.5 GHz Mac OSX 10.8.5 with PT native 11 and an MBox 3
to
the same iMac 12 Gb RAM, Avid Omni native + PCIe card native + PT HD 11

I did not found a huge change apart from the number of Audio, Aux tracks and the new VCA tracks

I wonder if my config is correct ???

My HD allocation is "Normal" shoud i change for .... say 8Gb (i have 12 Gb of RAM installed on my Mac)
