Am having trouble loading up a video. When I import the video into protools 11, it loads everything but then comes up with a message saying video engine needs to be enabled. When I click to enable, it gets stuck and wont go any further. Eventually I cancel that enable box and everything is loaded into protools but there is no video. Can anyone help??? :confused:
