When Verify Account - An unexpected error has occured

I got the email that my download is ready. When I get to the step to verify the account I get the following error: Verify your account
An unexpected error has occured please contact support, support code : 001501246

This is on a Win 7 machine i7 Core 4770, 16Gb memory, 64 bit. Tried on a Windows 8 machine and the same thing happened.
