Just Upgraded - No Plugins listed

Hey.. I know that you are supposed to open a support case per the instructions in the sticky but I just went to do that and don't see my current purchase (update plan to 12 - yearly subscription) listed as something to create a ticket for. I am one of those that doesn't have the plugins listed in my downloads. :-\
