12.3 not working with Blackmagic Intensity Pro

After I upgraded to 12.3 from 12.2.1, video from my Intensity Pro card no longer works. I tried re-installing several different versions of Blackmagic Desktop Video, and I trashed Avid and Blackmagic prefs, all to no avail.

Any ideas? Anyone successfully using 12.3 with the Intensity Pro?
