Assistance - urgent

Hi all, apologies about the caps but i'm at my wits end.


Up until recently I had been using other DAWS but need to switch back to Protools. I bought PT11 a couple of years ago and decided to check up to see if any updates were needed. I logged in online and found it was not in my products/ subscriptions so I clicked on a link to update and it asked for a system ID. I cannot find this anywhere and all info points to it being in 'My products/subscriptions' on the site. Which it is not.

I decided to see if a clean uninstall and re-install would work but this has only made things worse.

I have since been in touch with the student license people and they have resent my download codes and proof of eligibility. However I still cannot access anything.

Please assist!
