Hi Everyone! Hoping this is an easy one. After updating to 12.3 on my Mac (previously with Yosemite and continues with El Capitan), when I go to trim a clip, the response is sluggish and choppy and not always accurate. Sliding the clip is totally smooth and what I'm used to, but trimming is a bear. It's as if it's stuttering a bit. Probably the best way to say it would be as if I had only a few gigs of memory in the computer, so it struggles to write to the screen quickly. I've got 24 gigs of memory and a new iMac5k 4.0 with 295 graphics card, so hard to think that's it.
I looked to see if some default setting could cause it but have come up empty. Anyone else have the problem?
