Digi 003 Console not recognized

Since I updated from PT 12 to 12.3 on Windows 10 x64 the Digi 003 Console is not recognized as controller but it is as a sound card.

I already tried by doing a clean install of PT 12.2 and PT 12.3 including the 003 drivers but not luck.
The console is working fine on PT 10.x and PT 12.0.

Any ideas on how to fix this without reverting to PT 12.0?
