Elastic Audio Pluggin cannot be loaded???

Hi out there...I have just upgraded PT 11 to PT 12 and upon firing it up, a window has popped up stating that my Elastic Audio cannot be loaded. This is frustrating the !$%^$ out of me! The error details read :

Import DLL iZotope_Radius_XForm_x64.dll cannot be loaded.

I would be eternally grateful for any help...
