I'm trying to install Pro Tools 11.3.2 on my windows PC, it's an 8 core machine with the i7-4790S CPU running a 64 bit version of Windows 8.1. I've tried loading from the disks and loading from the DL version to no avail, I've searched the APAC and Knowledge Base and found a few references regarding other versions or Win 7 , pt 12 ETC.
The error is as follows:
Error 2753. The File 'pro tools user setup.exe' is not marked for installation.
I've turned off Anti Virus and my Firewall to try another install but, the same error comes up.
Avid account is activated as well as the iLok, all licenses are transferred to the iLok. Must be something simple. No doubt I've fat-fingered something, again? :-)
