Grabbing PT time code within the program?

I'm doing a source connect ADR session today where they want me to send time code down channel two of a stereo source connect channel. Is there a way to grab the time code inside protools and send it down the right channel of an SC link? I've always done TC from the hardware out jack of my HD Sync into ISDN box, but I wondered if I can get it from inside the program in my session and just assign it the right channel of the SC link plugin on a stereo aux track for Source Connect?
I'm running SC 3.8 Pro, OSX 10.10.3 and Have a MacPro2012 with HD I/O 8x8x8 and Sync HD. Need help on this ASAP. Thanks!
