I seem to be working more and more to picture at the moment.
Normally my system is very snappy, but when a video is loaded in a session everything gets a little slow. Also, the video preview track is very very slow to redraw, to the point where it doesn't really provide any useful info.
Otherwise everything works well graphically.
In searching for a recommendation i've read of a lot of problems reported with various graphics cards, so i'm reticent to change from my current bottom of the line NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512 MB.
Stupid question probably, but will a better graphics card improve the performance of the video preview track re-draw?
If so - please recommend me some solid options.
