Back in June 2011. I purchased a copy of Protools 9. Roughly 6 or 7 months ago my Mac died a noble death and in the same time period, my hard copy of PT9 goes "missing". To top it all off my back up drive also goes "missing."
Anyway, after burying my head in the sand for far too long, I have my Mac back but no way of getting PT9.
Before you say; logging into my account and getting it from there. I can't. Nothing shows. I cannot find my System ID either.
I do have the original receipts and my Avid Product Registration email and my iLok. I just want PT9 back.
Can anyone save the day? Please?
