I had ProTools 11 running fine on my Windows 10 64bit machine. I then upgraded to ProTools 12 and on doing so 3 (of my many) Waves plugins now no longer show up as available plugins.
I have been on to Waves support and they asked me try a couple of things - to no avail. They then suggested I call them and allow them to login to my machine to try and resolve the issue. Which they have done - again to no avail, even after about 45 minutes of trying.
They say that they have done as much as they can because ProTools 12 is not listed as compatible with Windows 10 (which surprised me). In fact it appears that none of the versions are compatible with Windows 10 (which surprised me even more).
Could someone please advise if Windows 10 compatibility is likely to be the problem here, and if so when it will be compatible.
Alternatively if someone can advise me how to get these 3 plugins back I would be grateful.
Just for an additional piece of information, the plugins do show up as available within the StudioRack plugin in ProTools, but when selected show up as "Inactive". They also show as fully installed within Waves Central.
