Yes, WTF?? I've been using Pro Tools for 17 years and AVid's website and order process is at its peak of being ridiculously convoluted. I ordered PT 12 HD Perpetual 2 days ago. They charged me the $630 to have it shipped overnight. WHY do I need it shipped in the first place? Where is the download link (which should be immediately available)? When I click on the Order Information, I see the product there, but upon clicking on it, I just get an error message. I sent a support request to at least find out if my order is going to ship and they said it might be a few days before anyone responds. REALLY? Is it THAT difficult to answer an EMAIL?? And to get further info, I need a system ID, which apparently doesn't exist or can't be located. Good Lord.
