Protools 12.3, no rewire?

Hello. I just upgraded tol Pt 12.3. I have also downloaded Waves Tune. I have not used rewire on Pt for a while, but need it to get Waves tune to work properly.
Rewire is not appearing in "instruments". I have searched for possible solutions to fix it. I have deleted the pluginfiles in Pt and rescanned to relocate the app, but no luck. I have also tried to find a link to download and reinstall the app at the Propellerhead site.

Anyone that have som advice?

Protools 12.3, no rewire?
