I bought the 11/10 bundle which includes the subscription plan through March 2016.
I installed 12.3. which overwrites 11.2.1. The subscription license is on my iLok2 and in active status. However, in launching the software, I am prompted to "Activate". This is followed by a License Account Login which, in turn, leads to the following message:
"You don't have any licenses in your account, or none of the licenses there have activations available. You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software."
The concurrent co-install of PT 10.3.10 launches without problem. What am I missing here? Any help is appreicated.
