Simple question about upgrading to Pro Tools 12.3 from 11. [solved]

Hey all,

Apologies if this question has already been answered. I can't seem to find an answer.

I'm currently running Pro Tools 11.3.1 and want to upgrade to 12.3. What are my options? Do I have to subscribe to the new subscription model? Can I pay an upgrade fee and own the license full out? Just a tad confused with this new subscription service.
