Hi Everyone:
I have Pro Tools Express (10) and would like to upgrade to Pro Tools 12. But, when I attempt to purchase the upgrade, I get this message:
'Your chosen iLok account does not have enough qualifying product licenses for upgrade. Please review the following errors and fix them or change your iLok ID to a different one that contains valid qualifiers for the upgrade.'
I have no idea what this means. Can someone help me?
