upgrade m-powered 8 to pro tools 12

Hello guys, i need help, now I am working pro tools 9, and i like it so much. The question is this, I still have the license m-powered 8 under which I did upgrade to pro tools 9, so i've got 2 ilok key one with mp8 and another with pro tools 9, can i upgrade another time from m-powered 8 to pro tools 12 keeping the license pro tools 9?
