I'm calibrating the INs on my HD I/O and this happens. Look at this picture. Why are IN's 4-5 in the 700's in the meter? when I tweak the input trim(the tiny screw on the back 1-8 IN's) the signal only goes from 600-700+, and I can't get it to go below. Is the card broken? Are my settings wrong for the session? The D25 cable is brand new.
Changed cables, same thing happens.
BTW in the Calibration session the Avid provides, the Pan of the signal generator track is full Left, that how it should be? Why would it be Full Left? I makes a difference in the outgoing db in the meters when I center it or Full Right the Pan.
