What quality of demo can be at home with PT 11.3 ?

I Want to make a demo of 3 songs I am writing with the goal of them being good enough quality for airplay or marketing on the web.
I figured I would record my drum click/beat track, rhythm guitars, lead, bass & vocals.
And then take all of that to a large studio and redo everything. But, I would at least walk in with everything arranged and be able to build off what I have done to expedite the process and lower the expense.
Am I better off trying to everything at home with what I have or send the session out to be mixed & mastered or take everything to a studio and pay heavily to redo it?
Can one mix & master everything in PT 11.3 and have it end up being able to be put on i-tunes and other sites?

All I have is the stock plugins , Focusrite 2i2, ADK mic, Eris E5 monitors, and audio-technica headphones. I have no amp to play through right now so I run the electric directly in and try to get some decent sound out of the stock eleven plug in.

How should one proceed on a tight budget?
