Anyone have both PT12HD and PT10HD installed together?

I just looked at 12's specs and says OS10.8.5 is OK....My processor isn't listed anymore- Nehalem so that might be an issue but maybe not...I understand I'd have to run Coreaudio in 12HD which is OK for mixing....I'd like to see if running 64bit helps run more plugins at mixdown versus what I get now in 32bit...I understand it would be totally native....I want to keep 10.3.8 installed so I can use the tdm plugs when tracking....Is this possible to have both installed at the same time?....Thanks....moon
