I can't manage to upgrade from protools 11 to protools 12 by the Avid website. I bought my protools 11 from Thomann last year, I have the Ilok key. I've just created a new Ilok account via the Avid website. Now it's impossible to go further because I get the message:
Missing 1 qualifying license(s) for upgrade to Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan (9513-30239-00).

I have no idea what the problem is. I have always done everything I was asked to.
I have an iMac. It's not even a year old.
Please help quick because I'll soon be away from home and I won't have easy access to the Internet in 2 days, for 2 weeks. the upgrade offer will be over.
