Copy to send feature

Does anybody know if the copy to send feature is in 12 vanilla? I know it used to be an HD only feature, but I can't find anything about that. I also saw a Pro Tools Expert video here: http://ift.tt/1PleYtn showing how to do this, which is the same key commands as I know, it's just that it doesn't say anywhere on the page if it's 12 vanilla, or 12 HD.
