I have read a few forums but none have the answer just a bunch of banter:
Got a new machine for a pre christmas present and all is working great so far except the faders are super slow in responding in PT. It was all working stellar on the old machine with half the RAM (21" iMac w/Mavericks) but the screen is failing. Any fixes?
My system is as follows:
27" Retina 5K IPS Display (Mid 2015)
5120 x 2880 Native Resolution
3.3 GHz Intel Core i5 (Haswell)
32GB of 1600 MHz DDR3 RAM
PT 11.2.1
Yosemite 10.10.2
Focusrite Scarlett 18i20
Focusrite Octo Pre MKII
UA Satellite Quad (Firewire 800 via Thunderbolt Adapter)
Avid Artist Mix and Transport
(Latest EUCONN Drivers Installed)
