Hi, evryone.
Before jumping on the freezing process in my everyday workflow, I ran some tests.
This is what i've got :
I froze an audio track with some dynamics and Eq's on it, duplicated it unfrozen, and ran a null test.
Absolute silence. So, very cool.
Then I tried to freeze an entire session with only audio and aux, and i found that the sound was actually quite different. (especially on the low ends).
So, I tried to ran a null test again with 2 online bounces (10 sec), one frozen, the other one, not, and the null test was not null at all... (unfortunately)..
I guess the guilty one is on the aux track freezing process..
What do you think?
The fact is, I did not fully trust the process for now, (especially on the aux) but I would like to!!
Cheers!!
